为推动我国媒体融合时代ChinaDRM技术标准的落地实施及技术演进，国家新闻出版广电总局广播科学研究院数字媒体内容保护技术研究实验室（ChinaDRM Lab）和CCBN组委会联合举办的CCBN2017融合媒体数字版权管理高峰论坛于2017年3月22日在北京成功举行。

会上，ChinaDRM论坛主席丁文华院士指出，数字版权管理是一个涉及到技术、管理、法律等多个方面的系统工程，ChinaDRM一直致力于构建中国自己的数字版权管理生态体系。在技术层面， ChinaDRM已基本建立了我国广播影视数字版权管理技术标准体系，为保护我国广播影视数字版权起到了十分重要的作用，有力地支撑了我国广电数字化发展。在管理层面，ChinaDRM论坛建立了中国广播影视数字版权管理认证中心，为产业链各方提供信任与安全体系的技术服务。总局科技司批示广科院建立数字媒体内容保护技术研究实验室（ChinaDRM Lab），致力于ChinaDRM技术与标准的测试、评估与技术咨询服务。ChinaDRM认证中心和ChinaDRM实验室的建立从管理的层面有效保障了ChinaDRM技术的实施。国家新闻出版广电总局广播科学研究院信息技术研究所郭沛宇所长代表ChinaDRM实验室正式发布了2017年度第一批通过实验室安全评估的产品名单（官方发布的ChinaDRM安全评估与认证产品列表可在ChinaDRM实验室官方网站www.chinadrmlab.org 和官方微信“ChinaDRM实验室”上查询）。MovieLabs表示，ChinaDRM发布的标准是国际上第一个由国家推动的数字版权保护标准。福克斯公司表示，建立符合中国市场需求的ChinaDRM标准并予以实施意义重大，使中国的消费者能有机会更及时接触到更多的优质娱乐内容，ChinaDRM能够为优质内容提供世界级的保护，促进中国健康视频生态环境的形成，也给众多制片方更大的信心，将更多优质内容引进中国，满足中国消费者的需求。
CCBN2017期间，为推动我国媒体融合数字版权管理生态体系的发展，ChinaDRM实验室携手产业界共同推出了ChinaDRM生态展。ChinaDRM生态展展出了ChinaDRM论坛、ChinaDRM Lab、ChinaDRM认证中心（CDTA）、通过安全评估的智能终端芯片、解决方案、智能电视终端、运营商、以及视频水印解决方案等全产业链的技术与产品，并展望ChinaDRM向国产密码算法等更高安全级别技术的演进。3月23日上午,中宣部副部长，国家新闻出版广电总局党组书记、局长聂辰席和党组成员、副局长田进、吴尚之参观CCBN2017时重点参观了ChinaDRM生态展，并给与了充分肯定。

ChinaDRM实验室隶属于国家新闻出版广电总局广播科学研究院，2016年9月由总局科技司批示成立，专业从事数字媒体内容保护技术研究、数字媒体内容保护相关技术标准起草、数字媒体内容保护相关技术与系统安全性评估。2016年12月，被总局认定为“新闻出版行业科技与标准重点实验室”。ChinaDRM实验室在国家新闻出版广电总局的直接领导下，在在中国工程院院士、实验室主任丁文华院士的指导下，开展国际DRM技术与产业政策发展趋势研究，自主DRM关键技术研究、DRM技术与系统安全性评估与认证服务、DRM技术咨询以及实验室共享服务，推进我国自主创新DRM技术的产业化推广实施，支撑广播电视全媒体业务创新和服务创新；推动构建健康有序的融合媒体内容保护生态体系。积极开展国际交流与合作，推动我国自主DRM技术的国际认可，积极向“一带一路”相关国家推广我国自主的DRM技术标准与产品，协助相关国家构建数字版权保护技术与运营体系，将我国自主知识产权DRM技术推广到国际社会。

ChinaDRM security assessment is based on “GY/T 277-2014Technical specification of digital rights management for internet television” as well as “ChinaDRM compatibility and robustness requirement” issued by ChinaDRM Lab.

《ChinaDRM兼容性要求和健壮性要求》是由ChinaDRM实验室发布的一系列ChinaDRM端到端兼容性要求和健壮性要求，主要包括：ChinaDRM服务端兼容性要求、ChinaDRM客户端兼容性要求、ChinaDRM服务端健壮性要求、ChinaDRM客户端健壮性要求；上述兼容性要求和健壮性要求已与好莱坞等国际主流内容提供商达成一致，并作为ChinaDRM安全评估的主要依据之一。“
ChinaDRM compatibility and robustness requirements” are a series of ChinaDRM end-to-end compatibility and robustness requirements released by ChinaDRM Lab, mainly including: ChinaDRM server compatibility requirement, ChinaDRM client compatibility requirement, ChinaDRM server robustness requirement and ChinaDRM client robustness requirement; mutual agreement has been reached with Hollywood Studio and other mainstream international content providers with respect to aforesaid compatibility and robustness requirements, which are also used as one of the main bases for ChinaDRM security assessment.

《ChinaDRM兼容性要求和健壮性要求》是针对ChinaDRM端到端产业化实施各环节的技术要求，涵盖了针对ChinaDRM服务端的技术要求和集成了ChinaDRM功能的智能终端（包括智能机顶盒、一体机、个人电脑、手机、平板电脑等）的技术要求。
“ChinaDRM compatibility and robustness requirements” are the technical requirements applied to every phase in ChinaDRM end-to-end industrialized implementation, which cover the technical requirements for ChianDRM server and ChinaDRM enabled intellectual terminals (including STB, integrated receiver, PC, mobile phone and tablet PC, etc.).
6、ChinaDRM安全性级别是什么意思？ What is the meaning of ChinaDRM profile?
根据集成了ChinaDRM功能的智能终端的安全性，ChinaDRM实验室将智能终端分为三个等级：软件安全级别、硬件安全级别、增强硬件安全级别。软件安全级别是指部分或全部ChinaDRM核心功能都运行在软件安全执行环境中；硬件安全级别是指全部ChinaDRM核心功能都运行在硬件全执行环境中；增强硬件安全级别是指在硬件安全级别的基础上，智能终端还应能够抵抗一定程度的侧信道攻击，如果ChinaDRM服务端不支持水印技术，终端还应在硬件安全执行环境中集成基于会话的盗版追踪水印技术。
Based on the security of ChinaDRM enabled intellectual terminals, ChinaDRM Lab categorizes intellectual terminals into three security levels: software profile, hardware profile and Enhanced Profile. Software profile refers to the running of all or part of ChinaDRM core functions in software security execution environment; hardware profile refers to the running of all ChinaDRM core functions in hardware execution environment; enhanced profile refers to that, in addition to hardware security, intellectual terminals are able to resist certain side-channel attacks, and, if ChinaDRM server does not support watermarking technique, terminals also shall integrate session based piracy tracking watermarking technique in hardware security execution environment.
7、增强硬件安全级别涉及的水印技术一定要在终端中集成么？Watermarking technique involved in enhanced profile must be integrated in terminals?
增强硬件安全级别须支持基于会话的盗版追踪水印技术，但并不强制水印技术一定要在终端实施或在服务端实施，只要求实际运行的ChinaDRM系统应具有基于会话的盗版追踪水印功能。
Enhanced profile must support session based piracy tracking watermarking technique, but it is not compulsory to deploy watermarking technique in terminals or in server, except for the only requirement that an actually running ChinaDRM system must have session based watermarking piracy tracking ability.

（1）希望申请ChinaDRM安全评估服务的组织或机构可向ChinaDRM实验室官方邮箱chinadrmlab@chinadrmlab.org发邮件申请评估；
（1）Any Organizations or institutions desiring to apply ChinaDRM security assessment service may send an application to the official email box of ChianDRM Lab at chinadrmlab@chinadrmlab.org;
（2）实验室将提供《ChinaDRM安全评估服务保密协议》、《ChinaDRM安全评估服务申请表》、《ChinaDRM安全评估服务协议》等协议文档；
（2）ChinaDRM Lab will provide you with “NDA for ChinaDRM Security Assessment Service” “ChinaDRM Security Service Application Form”, “ChinaDRM Security Assessment Service Agreement” and other documents upon its receipt or your application;
（3）上述协议文档签署完毕后，双方进行沟通交流，启动安全评估服务；

（4）安全评估结束后，实验室将出具正式的安全评估报告。
